BEL CANTO CHORALE Fall Concert with American chorale composers spanning 250 years, is at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 421 Washington St. Admission is free for students, $8 for adults.

COMMUNITY BINGO is from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Danville Community Building, hosted by Danville Post Prom Committee. Winners and the committee will spit prizes in each round. Cards are $1 per card per round.

SOUNDS OF THE PAST is from 10 a.m. to noon at Des Moines County Heritage Center, 501 N. Fourth St. Colton Overton will play funerary marches; “funeral pie” and “funerary biscuits” will be sampled.
